I loved having the convenience of looking at my balance or documents when I wanted to just the concluding few months I am non even able to log in because it closes on its ain. Unfortunately the app is no longer working on my phone. I can open the app but when I log on, the app repeatedly shut downwardly. The app has been removed from my telephone and reloaded. I take shut my telephone down and turned information technology back on. These steps have been repeated several times. Still volition not piece of work. Frustrating. Please set up the app!!
MyBenefitsCal is a worthless app
It doesn't recognize my county which is DEFINITELY using MyBenefitsMobile to disseminate information to recipients.
My DPSS Mobile is no longer agile because of switching apps so my merely option at present is to call the Dept of Social Services and wait on hold for 3 hours each time I need to check benefits, leave messages for my caseworker, get information; submitting documents must now be done past mail or in person.. not easily accomplished when someone is disabled.
